The Maiden Post!

Welcome to my photography blog!

First, let me tell you a little about me. I am a freelance graphic designer (find my work here: http://www.cristenfarrelldesigns.com/). Graphic design and photography go hand-in-hand and, for ages, I have wanted a D-SLR camera. That dream became a reality about a month ago.

So I've got this super-nice camera... Now what do I do with it? This really is COMPLICATED!

This blog is simply a place for me to post my (hopefully progressive!) photos as I go through hundreds of online tutorials and probably take a class or two. I don't plan on doing much writing, just posting, but don't forget to leave me comments or critique!
